We’ll navigate through the world’s oldest desert, where sand dunes touch the ocean’s edge. It’s a magical place where you can see wildlife in the desert, such as magnificent desert elephants, desert lions, and the noble oryx.
We’ll travel north to the border with Angola, where Western culture meets tribal traditions, and you’ll have the chance to meet the Himba tribe. These are beautiful people, partially dressed and adorned with sand.
Along our journey, we’ll also stop along the Skeleton Coast and sail the waters of Walvis Bay, savoring a glass of local wine while dolphins and playful sea lions accompany our voyage.

As the sun sets, Namibia’s night sky transforms into a celestial spectacle, with countless stars and cosmic wonders lighting up the darkness.

Day 1
Arrival in Windhoek – Dive into Namibia

Welcome to Windhoek, Namibia’s vibrant capital! As you touch down at Windhoek International Airport, our warm and friendly representative will be there to greet you. Get ready to kickstart your Namibian adventure by picking up your fully-equipped 4WD rental cars. Drive to Windhoek, where you’ll spend your first night in this captivating country.

Day 2
Sossusvlei and Deadvlei – Nature’s Artistry

Rise and shine with an early breakfast, setting the tone for an exhilarating journey to Sossusvlei. First, you’ll explore the otherworldly Deadvlei, a surreal landscape featuring a white clay pan and ancient camel thorn trees that have silently stood here for nearly 900 years. A scenic lunch break will recharge your energy before beginning an afternoon drive to Dune 45, famous for its iconic shape and accessibility. Feel the thrill as you watch the sunset from the top of Dune 45.

Day 3
Namib-Naukluft National Park – A Desert Wonderland

After breakfast at your hotel drive into Namib-Naukluft National Park, a wilderness that ranks as the fourth-largest in the world. Prepare to be stunned by terracotta-hued dunes, vast plains, and the inspiring Naukluft Mountains to the east. Discover the surprising rich wildlife in the Namib Desert, where flora and fauna have mastered the art of survival in a harsh, arid landscape. We’ll continue to the west coast via the picturesque Khomas Hochland, ultimately arriving in the coastal gem of Walvis Bay in the afternoon.

Day 4
Coastal Wonders – Flamingos and Dunes

For early birds, a magical opportunity awaits this morning: spotting flamingos on the shore. After a lovely breakfast, get ready for an adventurous drive to the towering dunes of Sandwich Harbour (subject to permit approval). Later, satisfy your thirst for excitement with a fun quadbike experience at Dune 7.
In the afternoon, head to Swakopmund, where we’ll gear up for remote trail exploration and grocery shopping.

Day 5
Along the Skeleton Coast – Where the Wild Meets the Sea

After breakfast, follow the untamed coastline, passing through the charming fishing town of Henties Bay en route to the famous Cape Cross seal colony. Continue your journey along the mystical Skeleton Coast, venturing into Damaraland via Palmwag. This will be a long and captivating drive with minimal stops, ending at Khowarib Gorge for your first night of camping under the stars.

Kaokoland and Desert-Adapted Wildlife – A Wilderness Odyssey

Today, your journey takes you deeper into Kaokoland and the Hoanib River area, known for its remarkable desert-adapted elephants and a variety of other wildlife species.

Day 7
Tracking Wildlife in Hoanib River – Nature’s Detective

Begin your day with a breakfast in the heart of nature, as we delve into the Hoanib River and Hoarusib area. Dusty paths will reveal clues of elephants and other wildlife as we embrace the thrill of animal tracking.
Spend the night at the Purros Campsite or a similar location, immersing yourself in the wild.

Day 8
Pursuing Predators’ Footprints – Exploring Fort Sesfontein

After an early morning field breakfast, we’ll embark on a quest to follow the footprints of lions and other predators. Upon our successful mission, we’ll drive back to Sesfontein, where you’ll explore Fort Sesfontein, an intriguing historical site dating back to 1896. Learn about its fascinating past, with only three graves remaining as silent witnesses to history.

Day 9
Epupa Falls and Himba Tribes – Cultural and Natural Beauty

Following breakfast, our route takes us north to the captivating Epupa Falls, a region brimming with stunning sunsets, the thundering Epupa Falls, diverse birdlife, and encounters with the Himba tribes. The Himba people maintain their traditional way of life in this breathtaking setting.

Day 10
Uukwaluudhi Wildlife and Scenic Views – A Day of Discovery

After breakfast, we’ll drive back to Opuwo before heading east on the main road C35. Along the way, you’ll encounter a 6000-hectare game farm, offering opportunities to spot antelopes, giraffes, zebras, and more. Enjoy a picturesque main area with an open veranda-style design, providing sweeping views of the vast savannah plains.

Day 11
Ovamboland and Etosha National Park – Safari Dreams

After breakfast, we’ll travel through Ovamboland on the main road C41 and enter Etosha National Park via King Nehale Gate. Etosha, an immense saline desert, is a haven for wildlife, boasting an incredible variety of species, including the “BIG 5.” Be prepared for wildlife encounters as you traverse the park on your way to Namutoni, ensuring you arrive before sunset.

Day 12
Full Day at Etosha Reserve – Wildlife Extravaganza

Embark on another thrilling day at Etosha Reserve, exploring various waterholes and witnessing the astounding diversity of animals. We’ll go above and beyond to give you the best chance to spot the “BIG 5.” Lunch and relaxation await at Halali, followed by more reserve exploration in the afternoon. After dinner, embark on a fascinating night hike to a waterhole, where you’ll witness nocturnal animals quenching their thirst under the moonlight.

Day 13
Farewell- to Etosha and Hoba Meteorite – Mysteries of the Past

After breakfast depart from Etosha and set your course for Tsumeb and Grootfontein. Along the way, you’ll have the chance to visit the enigmatic Hoba Meteorite. Continue to Waterberg Plateau Park, where you’ll spend the night and enjoy an afternoon walking trail to a breathtaking viewpoint.
Dinner and overnight: Camping Waterberg area or Lodge.

Day 14
Return to Windhoek – Homeward Bound

Today, we’ll drive back to the bustling capital city, returning our trusty rental vehicles. Transfer to a comfortable hotel for your final night in Namibia.

Why this trip?

On our thrilling journey through Namibia, we set out in search of the elusive desert elephants, their majestic presence leaving us in awe. Our adventure continues as we conquer the breathtaking red dunes of the Namib Desert, a surreal landscape of towering sand giants. Venturing off-road, we trace the Kunene River’s winding path, immersing ourselves in the pristine wilderness. Along the way, we pay a visit to a local Himba village, where we gain insights into their unique culture and way of life.
Our trip takes an exciting turn as we aboard a yacht safari in Walvis Bay, where we scan the horizon in hopes of spotting magnificent marine life.

As every trip is designed especially for your needs, we offer a diversity of accommodation options even within the accommodation suggested.
At times we will camp under the stars, where comfortability can vary from comfortable overlanding tents and camping setups, while other times we will indulge ourselves with charming lodges or 4-5 star hotels.

Forget about napping on tour buses! On our trips, your heart will expand as you self-drive your own rental 4WD vehicle through breathtaking landscapes of vast red sand dunes and the abandoned shores of the Atlantic ocean. You don’t need any previous off-roading experience as our experienced guides will lead you safely through any obstacles on the way to the beautiful hidden places accessible only via off-road routes and mountain passes.

Namibia is one of the most unique and wild destinations among our trips. With the help of our skilled guide and local staff, you’ll embark on a continuous journey to explore nature in its purest form. We part away from the regular dirt roads and delve into the vast savannah and enigmatic desert dry river beds to find and encounter orphan desert elephants. In the evening, we camp beneath acacia trees, set up our camping gear, and blend ourselves in the sounds of the wilderness while gazing at the sea of stars above us. We’ll expose you to these remote places where we’ll connect with the wild nature and interact with the locals who will reveal the secrets of Namibia to us.

• Every group is always accompanied by our staff members, including a VHS guide and professional local staff members. Our guide and staff will lead you in high-powered off-road vehicles, following the group to provide you with the amenities that will keep you happy and reassured throughout the trip, and ensure evacuation of group members if needed.


• The rental 4WD vehicles are reliable and well maintained, and fully equipped.


• We have excellent communication devices (walkie-talkies) with us that allow guides to share many fascinating stories and instructions during the journey. These communication devices are top-notch guiding tools and are not only intended for giving directions but also for enhancing your overall experience.

Our Namibia trip includes everything and includes 3 meals a day. We have a mobile kitchen so we can prepare delicious food the best local ingredients, wherever we are. Trust us that all picnics will take place next to an amazing location. On days when we set out early in the morning to observe wildlife, we will receive a rich breakfast in packed boxes.
When overnighting in lodges or hotels, breakfasts and dinners will take place there, buffet-style, or in a charming local restaurant.
The food in Namibia is diverse and characterized by its English-European style and “Game” meat.
